If there is no cargo company near your address, our contracted cargo companies usually deliver products anywhere in Turkey. However, if your location is within the scope of the mobile zone, product delivery is made on certain days.

The “In Supply” warning starts when the products you ordered are out of stock. In this case, you will see the text “In Supply Process” opposite the product you ordered. The requests that are automatically passed to our relevant supplier are followed up and your orders are placed in our stocks as soon as possible.

When your order is shipped, cargo shipment information is automatically sent as SMS to your e-mail address and mobile phone registered in our system. You can also track the status of your order from the “My Orders” section on the “My Account” page.
Things to Consider During Delivery
During delivery, it is recommended that you check the contents of the package after signing the delivery receipt. In case of any inaccuracy or damage, you can contact us by having the cargo officer prepare a “Damage Assessment Report”.

If your cargo goes to the wrong address, you can report the situation by sending us a message from the “Customer Service” page. The forwarding process is carried out as soon as possible by informing the cargo company.
Delivery Address Change Procedures
If you want to change your delivery address, you can send us a message from the “Customer Service” page while your entire order is in the supply process. However, if partial delivery is made, the address change will not be reflected immediately on the system.
